DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
There are two main sections to the data enclosed here. 
The first section includes the figures, including graphs, found in the associated thesis.
The second section includes the 203 raw images used to train the deep neural network of Chapter 6.

Network architecture is a modified version of a typical U-Net, as can be found at https://github.com/affinelayer/pix2pix-tensorflow

The raw data used to train the deep neural networks of Chapters 5 and 7 were provided by collaborators, and so are not included in this dataset.
