Dataset supporting the article "Particle finder: A simple particle detection tool for continuous-flow systems"
This dataset supports the publication in the journal Microfluidics and Nanofluidics entitled "Particle finder: A simple particle detection tool for continuous-flow systems". This dataset contains the original video file used to elaborate section 3 in the manuscript. We also include the installers of the Particle Finder software and a video tutorial as an introductory guide to the software, where we analyse a video which is also included in this dataset. There is also a zip file named Original_Figures_paper.zip that contains the original images from paper as PDF files.

Abstract

This dataset supports the publication in the journal Microfluidics and Nanofluidics entitled "Particle finder: A simple particle detection tool for continuous-flow systems". This dataset contains the original video file used to elaborate section 3 in the manuscript. We also include the installers of the Particle Finder software and a video tutorial as an introductory guide to the software, where we analyse a video which is also included in this dataset. There is also a zip file named Original_Figures_paper.zip that contains the original images from paper as PDF files.
