Beyond 100Gb/s from a single silicon MZI modulator
We discuss co-design of electronics and photonics, in order to achieve optimal performance of a silicon photonics transmitter. This will include our recent work to enable performance beyond 100Gb/s OOK from a single Mach-Zehnder modulator.
