AWARDED BY: Univeristy of Southampton DATE OF AWARD: [2023] DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA This dataset contains: Please note a large amount of data used for this project was lost. Missing files are no longer available. Each CT scan file (.vol) file is accompanied by a .vgi file which contains metadata. Some of this metadata is required to open the CSV files when opening through ImageJ. For Acropora 100-day culture: CZ1 to CZ 6 = HNHP treatment, CZ7 to CZ12 = LNLP treatment, CZ13 to CZ18 = HNLP treatment, CZ19 to CZ24 =LNHP treatment and CZ25 to CZ30 = LNLP + fish treatment (not used). Within the mass spectrometry files For Mass spectrometry relating to Stable isotopes the full results can be obtained in the file named �Acropora 13C & 18O re-runs�. For mass spectrometry relating to trace elements the raw data is presented in a separate folder from cleaned data. Cleaned data has had anomalous and obviously erroneous processing errors screened out (as described in the methods section of Chapter 4). The cleaned data folder also contains various statistical analyses carried out during the processing of the data.
