For any queries please contact j.a.daniels@soton.ac.uk. The dataset contains: 1. "Final Crayfish Data.xlsx" - Experimental data collected to determine the influence of signal crayfish population density on barrier passage behaviour. 2. "IBM_means.xlsx" - Outputs from the IBM showing the spread of signal crayfish (averaged over 100 model runs for each scenario). 3. "Crayfish_dispersal_v2.m" - MatLab code for the individual-based model to predict the spread of American signal crayfish. 4. "Run_DispersalModel.m" - MatLab code required to run the IBM. 4. "Run_DispersalModel_Clusters.m" - MatLab code required to run the IBM in parallel. Information about geographic location of data collection: Boldrewood Innovation Campus (Southampton, UK).
