The data was obtained through different techniques, but mostly by flow cytometry, tissue culture, DNA sequencing, colorimetric assays, and molecular cloning. Special softwares required for data viewing include GraphPad Prism (Version 9.2 or upwards), any program suit able to read FASTA files (such as MEGA software, or the LaserGene package), and Microsoft Excel.
