Methods The data were from China Transplant Recipients Health Research Project in 2011,the contents included frequency of socio-demographic information, lifestyle self-management and related effects factors. Statistical analysis were adopted by χ2test and ordinal logistic regression. Results There were significant differences between frequency drinking、travelling, entertainment, shopping and excercise( χ2= 9. 74,P 0. 05; χ2= 29. 56,P 0. 01; χ2= 13. 63,P 0. 01; χ2= 31. 95,P 0. 01; χ2= 18. 23,P 0. 01) for patients after kidney transplantation, reflecting that different transplantation patient had different selection rate of behavior. Area distributions were the key factors influencing the selection of transplant patients,in addition, there were following behavior and factors of transplant patients: smoking( gender),drinking( transplantation type and gender),staying up all night( transplantation type, gender and working state),physical exercise( gender, health status and work status),travel( age, time of postoperative),entertainment( working state),shopping( type of medical insurance, working conditions, health status),watching TV( transplant type, health status),Internet using( type of medical insurance, health status)( all hypothesis test for regression coefficients were P 0. 01). Conclusion The patients of the regional culture, social class, gender, health status were important factors that influence the life style of patients after transplantation.
