PCR Metabarcoding data for the P6 Loop (Plants) and 12S and 16S ribosomal regions (Mammals) for the sites mentined in the Thesis: Blick Mead, Killerby Quarry and Seven Springs, Martlesham. Can be viewed and edited in Mircosoft Excel.

This dataset contains: Metabarcoding data for the P6 Loop (Plants) and 12S and 16S ribosomal regions (Mammals) for the sites mentined in the Thesis: Blick Mead, Killerby Quarry and Seven Springs, Martlesham.The data is presented before post-indetification filtering and includes the identification from reference databases, data from controls, and meta-data associated with the bioinformatic filtering process.
