Dataset in support of the journal paper 'Applying appropriate frequency criteria to advance acoustic behavioural guidance systems for fish'.
This dataset supports the research article "Applying appropriate frequency criteria to advance acoustic behavioural guidance systems for fish" published in Nature Scientific reports(DOI:10.1038/s41598-023-33423-5). The data includes a file: Exp1c_Results.xlsx. The file contains results of various trials and comparing their treatments and difference between frequencies. The difference between the deterrence and the hearing thresholds were calculated and followed a Gaussian distribution, determined by visual inspection of the qq curve. Sound samples were produced in MATLAB. A.H. designed the study, collected data, performed analyses, and wrote the first manuscript draft.
