Chapter 3: - Files: Chapter3_supplement.zip - Study 1: Metronome_data - Study 2: Bike_data - Need MATLAB, Excel, Vernier Graphical Analysis, and python to View and test Chapter 4: - Files: Chapter_4_5_supplement.zip - Capacitance vs Capaciflector - Need Kicad and MATLAB to View and test Chapter 5: - Files: Chapter_4_5_supplement.zip - Design Files for the system, including PCB layout and 3D models. - Need Kicad, Fusion 360 and MATLAB to View and test Chapter 6: - Files: Chapter_6_supplement.zip - Data -> Raw Data collected - Stable Ouptput Run -> Results - Rest of the files are the MATLAB scripts used - Need Kicad, MATLAB, Vernier Graphical Analysis, and python to View and test CC2640 Code: - Is the complete code used for the microcontroller, and needs code composer studio and sensor controller studio to be able to compile and run the code. - The steps to setup the relevant libraries is found in the readme file in this folder.
