Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "Total synthesis of natural product- like 3D molecular scaffolds for drug discovery". The data contains: Specific rotation, Infrared spectroscopy, H and C NMR spectroscopy, melting point, LRMS and HRMS data which are presented in the Experimental chapter of the thesis. The data also includes the Chiral HPLC chromatographs of the Racemic Enzymatic Kinetic Resolution (which can be found in Table 12 of the thesis) and in the supplementary material.
