This document was prepared by staff from the BBC Sheet Music Library, Perivale – London after the second survey for manuscripts by Julius Burger in their collections. Included as Appendix F of doctoral dissertation 'Media, Migration and the Music Aesthetic: Julius Burger's Radio Potpourri (1933-1945)'.
