AWARDED BY: Univeristy of Southampton DATE OF AWARD: 2022 DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA Systematic Review data was collected using an excel data extraction form, following searches of Central, Embase, Medline, International Bibliography of Social Science and PsychInfo on 25/11/19 and assessment of eligibility using Endnote. Expert survey data was collected using Vevox polling software and Isurvey, an online survey platform between 06/2019 and 07/2019. University of Southampton Ethics Research and Governance Office approved 49246. Regional doctor survey data was collected between 09/2019 and 03/2020 using paper surveys and input into excel by 2 researchers using a coding system (see Regional doctor survey readme.txt). University of Southampton Ethics Research and Governance Office approved 49247 and Health Research Authority approved 266831. National doctor survey data was collected between 08/2020 and 11/2020 using the online survey platform Isurvey (see National survey readme.txt). University of Southampton Ethics Research and Governance Office approved 55747. Delphi survey data was collected using Delphimanager software between 07/2021 and 09/2021, University of Southampton Ethics Research and Governance Office approved 49246.
