DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
National doctor and expert survey data was collected between 08/2020 and 11/2020 using Isurvey and input into csv files by 3 researchers using a coding system. University of Southampton Ethics Research and Governance Office approved 49247 and Health Research Authority approved 266831.
