DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

Each folder contains Matlab tables for an experimental session. The name of the folder is the date of the experimental session in the format YYMMDD. Impedance and optical data are separated in subfolders. The date matches the title of the scatter plots reported in the Results chapter. Scatter plots can be recreated following the methods indicated in the thesis.
