Following the fish: Quaderns Biennale 2023
This book is responding to the curatorial statement posed by the exhibition co-curated by Daniel Cid, Following the Fish (Catalonia in Venice – La Biennale di Venezia, 18 Mostra Internazionale di Architectura – Eventi Collaterali): the meeting point between architecture and the migrant world with the aim of producing alternative storiesand architecture to the hegemonic ones. The texts that follow have been simultaneouswith the formation of the exhibition “Following the Fish” and hope to complement, further, perhaps contradict, aspects of the exhibition to remind readers and visitors alike that the world is both given and made.
