The remote-sensing of radioactive plume with a hybrid system including gamma spectroscopy and DIAL lidar
In this work a hybrid system is proposed, based on the gamma spectrometry and differential absorption lidar concept, to trace the radioactive effluents from the stack of reactors, the reprocessing plants or the radioisotope laboratories to detect the type and the relative concentration of the species in the plume, as well as the exposure dose rates.

Abstract
