Vacuum induced spin-1/2 Berry's phase
The Berry phase of a spin -1/2 particles were studied in magnetic field. A vacuum induced Berry phase was generated using quantized modes of the field. The eigenstate of the particle acquired a phase in vacuum and standard Berry phase reduced to semiclassical limits. The vacuum induced phase was generated in the state of of a spin -1/2 particle by the use of general rotation in the space of the system.
