Quality contracts for cooperative services and associated resources

Quality contracts for cooperative services and associated resources
Quality contracts for cooperative services and associated resources

Process quality, as perceived by users, depends on both the service quality and on the quality of its delivered resources. This paper combines in a contract model the quality of the process and of the objects delivered through the process. The model is a tool for providers to formalize quality guarantees for their users. Besides contract modelling, the paper discusses basic methodological issues related to contract formulation. We also discuss a sample scenario to illustrate the proposed framework.
