DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
R Data Files contains the functional data file from which all the Drop-Seq data has been derived. It will require R studio as well as the Seurat software package to open and analyse.

TB88 Naive FCS Files contains the FCS files from the experiment TB88 (which can be referenced in my lab book, held by the Al-Shamkhani Lab Group, Cancer Sciences), specifically the files relating to the naive baseline cells
TB88 45hrs WT FCS Files contains the FCS files from the experiment TB88, specifically the WT based cell data from the 45hr time point post listeria infection.
TB88 45hrs PDK FCS Files contains the FCS files from the experiment TB88, specifically the PDK based cell data from the 45hr time point post listeria infection.
These FCS files can be viewed using FCS Express, FlowJo or the software found on the Canto FACS systems.
