She holds the raw files are are not included in this dataset, only the exported files are included in this dataset. - Glycan analysis data of the Fc glycan sites which was collected by Joel Allen. Raw data in Microsoft excel files. - Surface plasmon resonance data of antibody-Fc or antibody-antigen interactions collected via Biacore. Raw data collected from the Biacore evauation software and exported as a .txt file. - Raw luminescience data from cytotoxicity assays was collected on a Varioskan plate reader and raw exported in Microsft excel files. - Flow cytometry data from phagocytosis assays or measurments of antigen expression collected on the BD FACs canto.
