Abstract

Dataset in support of the publication "Image-based ultrasonic cell shaking test data" in PLoS ONE 18(9): e0285906 The data includes: -Cell and Scratch images that make up the videos shown in supplementary information and data from supplementary video 1 used for Fig. 17 and Fig. 18 -Cross Scratch images from 3 cross scratch samples imaged with and without phase contrast as seen in Fig. 15 and used for Fig. 16 -Device Viability data that has images of cells stained with Calcein as seen in Fig. 12 and data sheet with raw values from the PrestoBlue cell viability test - analysed data shown in Fig. 11 - Grid images from three grid samples with and without phase contrast used in Fig. 5 and analysed data shown in Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 -PMMA calibration of raw data from PMMA calibration and image data for strain analysis and IR data samples, the images came from different sonotrode powers - 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% used in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14 This work is funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and part of the Ultrasurge Project under Grant EP/R045291/1.
