Active Nonreciprocal Phase Shifter for Versatile Phased-Array Antennas and Metasurfaces

A nonreciprocal phase shifter for phased-array antenna and metasurface applications is presented. The proposed structure is designed for 2.4 GHz. The unit cells are consisting of Wilkinson power divider, gain block and reciprocal phase shifters. Scattering parameters and phase response are simulated and validated with ADS and CST. Simulation results follow well with theoretical assumptions.
