Responses were collected as part of an anonymous survey via the Qualtrics platform. The data was downloaded from Qualtrics into SPSS. Some participant responses were returned as paper copies and answers were manually entered into the SPSS dataset to be included in analysis. The dataset should be used with SPSS.
