Data associated with and used in the production of the scientific paper "A high-throughput analysis of high-resolution X-Ray CT images of stems of olive and citrus plants resistant and susceptible to Xylella fastidiosa". This data set contains the reconstructed image stacks of all scans (1um tomography and zoom tomography). Each folder consists of 1800 8bit tiff images. The dataset is 256GB and can be requested via https://library.soton.ac.uk/datarequest. There are no restrictions on access for requestors (CC-BY). This research project has been funded by NE/S00720/1.
