Single Cell RNA sequencing data in DGE format. With attached metadata. Formatted for use with R programming language and the "Seurat" R package.

This dataset contains:
Single cell RNA Sequencing data from 23 oesophageal cancer patients tumours and matched normal samples. 



Date of data collection: 2017-2020

Information about geographic location of data collection: All samples taken processed and analysed at Southampton General Hospital
