The data reflects how lattice damage can be altered via annealing processes, including laser annealing and integrated electrical annealing. The data also reflects the optical input and output ports in large and complex photonic integrated circuits. The data includes: PhD_data.rar file with Folders for variety of Cladding tests, Videos, Comsol, and other ongoing tests in .omr files
