Applying interviews to usability assessment

Applying interviews to usability assessment
Applying interviews to usability assessment
The interview is one of the original methods for gathering general information, and it has been popularly applied across a range of fields. Common perceptions of interviews are in employment and in the questioning of witnesses to a crime, but they can yield results in any situation where a person’s opinion or perspective is sought. Examples of more diverse uses are in mental health or for presurgical psychological screening (see Memon and Bull, 1999).
