Abstract

This report is a critique of the company’s submission (CS) to NICE from Bristol-Myers Squibb on the clinical effectiveness and cost effectiveness of mavacamten [CAMZYOS®] for treating adult patients with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (New York Heart Association [NYHA] classes II-III). It identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the CS.
