[Data was collected through Prolific. Quantitative data was collected in the form of questionnaire measures form 3-time points, baseline, monitoring (4-weeks) and after 8 weeks of metacognitive training. 

This dataset contains: 

SPSS.sav file of downloaded data with confidential and identifiable information removed. 

Names of data variables (questionnaire measures used) 
Values for coded data.
