Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "Neural spike classification acceleration with RRAM technologies". This dataset contains a mix of .vcsv and .mat files containing raw and processed data from experiments presented in the supported work. The dataset contain 2 main folders. The first folder (ArC TWO data) contains data collected during the testing and validation of the instrument developed during the project. The second folder (results) contains raw data obtained in simulation and physical testing of the circuit designed during this project. The data is accessible via CC-BY-NC-ND license.
