DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

RNA sequencing transcriptomics bioinformatic dataset generated to supporting completion of PhD thesis. This includes human lung tissue explant bioinformatic analysis datasets and BCi-NS1.1 cell bioinformatic data. 
Original data was RNA collected from human lung tissue and airway cell cultures. RNA was sequenced by Novogene and gene count file sent to user. Samples were analysed in the R software package and any data created was generated into Excel file format. 

This dataset contains:

Bioinformatic RNA sequencing Data generated in the R software package and subsequently saved in Microsoft Excel file format.
