This dataset supports the publication "Fully integrated Si-Rich silicon nitride wavelength converter based on Bragg scattering intermodal four-wave mixing" presented at European Conference on Optical Communications 2023 This dataset contains: data_figures.xlsx: this file is an excel file with different tabs. In each tab it is possible to find the data that have been used to generate each plot of the article, with the corresponding "X axis" data and "Y axis" data .
