The chapter begins with a brief overview of recent developments and the current landscape. The focus then shifts to considering the future of work from the organization and graduate perspectives. Subsequently, implications for universities and employers are discussed before consideration of the implications for bridging the university-employer divide. The final part of the chapter summarizes the author's personal reflections, presents a future research agenda, and outlines the key takeaway message from each of the ten chapters.
