DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
Data include word, excel and powerpoint files of summary data and raw data, as well as fcs files of flow cytometry data, wsp files of flowjo analysis and .prism files from graphpad prism. Data is organised into thesis chapters and then experiment.
fcs files were collected using either a BD FACS Calibur or a BD FACS Canto II flow cytometer and require flow cytometry analysis software, such as flowjo or fcs express to analyse.
.wsp files require flowjo to be able to access the analysis.
.prism files require Graphpad Prism V10 or later to open.


This dataset contains:
Data from my thesis chapters 3, 4 and 5, as well as associated work performed in the PCU. Data is broken down into thesis chapters: Chapter 3 - 1 folder, Chapter 4 - 2 folders and Chapter 5 - 1 folder. Contained within these folders is the in vitro work associated with the thesis, organised into seperate experiments. The PCU - thesis folder contains any PCU related experiments that were described in my thesis. These are organised into a folder per experiment with a brief experimental description.
