These files are as follows: HCT116_10rep_fastq.zip - DNA sequences detected in the intein and extein region of HCT116 cells, after screening the SX5 library in these cells. 10 repeats are concatenated in a single file, (2GBytes) MTAP_10rep_fastq.zip - DNA sequences detected in the intein and extein region of MTAP-/- cells, after screening the SX5 library in these cells. 10 repeats concatenated in a single file (1.8GBytes) HCT116_SFX4_3rep_fastq.zip - DNA sequences detected in the intein and extein region of HCT116 cells, after screening the SFX4 library in these cells. 3 repeats concatenated in a single file, (0.5GBytes) MTAP_SFX4_3rep_fastq.zip - DNA sequences detected in the intein and extein region of MTAP-/- cells, after screening the SFX4 library in these cells. 3 repeats concatenated in a single file (0.4GBytes) sx5_hypoxia.zip - DNA sequences detected in the intein and extein region of TRex293 cells incubated in normoxia and hypoxia, after screening the SX5 library in these cells. There are 6 repeats concatenated in a single file (1.7GBytes) sfx4_hypoxia_3rep.zip - DNA sequences detected in the intein and extein region of TRex293 cells incubated in normoxia and hypoxia, after screening the SFX4 library in these cells. There are 3 repeats concatenated in a single file (1.4GBytes) The data was generated by sequencing genomic DNA collected from the relevant screens. The sequencing was carried out by an Illumina MiSeq sequencer and an Oxford Nanopore Sequencer.
