Fig. 5 Optical reflectance from optical burn - in 20 kHz cycling rate 150nm Sb2Se3. Pulse parameters for the crystallization and amorphization are 𝑃crys=12mW, 𝑡crys=20𝜇s, 𝑃amo=60mW, 𝑡amo=200ns.
