An internally run anonymous online survey; responses are a mixture of fixed set options and freeform text

NB: the total number of responses (1085) includes some where the survey was not completed (142)

Branching within the survey dependent on whether students had registered to take part in the saliva testing programme, and whether they had provided a sample

Self-reported demographic information was requested (gender identity, age group, etc); and a freeform comment box provided.

None of the questions was mandatory; in consequence, there may be missing responses.

Response times (time taken to respond to the survey) is also provided.
