DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA


This dataset contains:
The specific folders contain the following data:

1) Bristol17mmProbe - all data obtained using the 1.7mm Bruker TCI MicroCryoProbe.
These data were used to:
a) compare the sensitivity and resolution parameters between the commercial state-of-the-art hardware and the homebuilt TLP
b) study the aggregation phenomenon of hFynSH3

2) mp4g14-titr-sp-200124-001 - all uNMR data for the serial mixing experiments presented and discussed in chapter 4

3) ncsh3_titration1 - protein titration data obtained using the conventional NMR setup
These data were used for the determination od the hFynSH3 binding site and the dissociation constant.
These results are presented and discussed in chapter 3.

4) LoC-uNMR data - microfluidic protein titration data obtained using the homebuilt TLP
These data were used for the determination of the binding site and the dissociation constant.
These results are presented and discussed in chapter 6.
