DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

This dataset contains:

‘Biotin ELISA’ – contains values of the amount of fluorescence emitted by biotinylated CD1c proteins in a biotin ELISA.
‘Titration of CD1c-endo tetramers and dextramers’ – Various T cell lines were stained with increasing amounts of CD1c-endo tetramers or dextramers and analysed using flow cytometry and frequency data was obtained using FlowJo.
‘CD1c kinetics’ – Cells expressing CD1c were analysed using flow cytometry and frequency data was obtained using FlowJo. The frequency of MoDCs expressing CD1c was measured at three time points post differentiation.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 40_CD1c MFI’ – The expression of CD1c on THP1-CD1c cells infected with a range of MOIs of TB was analysed using flow cytometry. MFI values were obtained using FlowJo. 
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 41_Cytotoxicity at 24 and 48h’ – ToxiLight data of cytotoxicity caused by P1C5 and P3D7 T cell lines following co-culture with uninfected and infected THP1-CD1c cells at 24h and 48h. 
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 42A&C_Specificity of P1C5 T cells’, ‘Figure 42_B_Specificity of P1C5 T cells’ – ToxiLight data of cytotoxicity caused by P1C5 and P3D7 T cell lines following co-culture with uninfected and infected THP1 cells lines.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 42A&C_Statistical analysis’ and ‘Figure 42_B_Statistical analysis’ - Statistical analysis of ToxiLight data presented in Figure 42.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 42D_Specificity of P1C5 T cells’ - ToxiLight data of cytotoxicity caused by P1C5 T cell lines following co-culture with uninfected and infected THP1-CD1c with a range of MOI of UV-killed TB.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 43_Cytotoxic T cell dose response’ – ToxiLight data of cytotoxicity caused by increasing ratios of P1C5 and P3D7 T cell lines following co-culture with infected THP1-KO and THP1-CD1c cells lines (figure A), and infected or uninfected THP1-CD1c cells (figure B).
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 43_Statistical analysis’ – Statistical analysis of ToxiLight data presented in Figure 43.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 44A_MOI dose response & statistical analysis’- ToxiLight data of cytotoxicity caused by P1C5 T cell lines following co-culture with THP1-KO and THP1-CD1c cells infected with increasing MOI of UV-killed TB. Statistical analysis of ToxiLight data presented in Figure 44A also included.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 44B_MOI dose response P1C5 vs P3D7’- ToxiLight data of cytotoxicity caused by P1C5 and P3D7 T cell lines following co-culture with uninfected or infected THP1-CD1c cells with increasing MOI of UV-killed TB.
Cytotoxic responses – ‘Figure 44B_Statistical analysis’ – Statistical analysis of ToxiLight data presented in Figure 44B.
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 45_THP1 analysis’ – Luminex data of chemoattractants released by infected and uninfected THP1-CD1c cells cultured alone.  
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 46_Heat map of cytokines secreted by P3D7 and P1C5 T cells’ – Luminex data of cytokines released by increasing ratios of P1C5 and P3D7 T cell lines following co-culture with infected THP1-CD1c cells.
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 47_Heat map of cytokines secreted by P1C5 T cells’ – Luminex data of cytokines released by increasing ratios of P1C5 T cells following co-culture with infected THP1-KO and THP1-CD1c cells lines.
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 48_P1C5 T cells produced various cytokines in a CD1c dependent manner’ - Luminex data of cytokines released by increasing ratios of P1C5 T cells following co-culture with infected THP1-KO and THP1-CD1c cells lines.
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 49_P1C5 T cells with infected THP1-CD1c’ – Luminex data of cytokines released by increasing ratios of P1C5 and P3D7 T cell lines following co-culture with infected THP1-CD1c cells. 
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 50_P1C5 T cells produce a significant amount of cytokines’ – Luminex data of cytokines released by increasing ratios of P1C5 T cells following co-culture with uninfected and infected THP1-CD1c cells.
Luminex cytokine release – ‘Figure 51_P1C5 T cells display autoreactivity to uninfected THP1-CD1c’- Luminex data of cytokines released by increasing ratios of P1C5 T cells following co-culture with uninfected THP1-CD1c cells.
