This dataset is supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "A theory, evidence and person based approach to developing a digital intervention for adolescents with asthma (Breathe4T)" This dataset contains self-reported data included from 64 participants that took part in the Breathe4T trial. Each row represents an individual and includes their quality of life and asthma control scores at baseline, 2 months and 6 month follow-up. Trial group (intervention or control) can also be identified. Data was collected online via the trial website. The data is presented as excel file: Breathe4T_DERIVED_QoL_SE.csv
