This dataset supports the publication in the journal Lab on a Chip entitled “Concentration Polarization Electrophoresis for particle fractionation” (2024) DOI: https://doi.org/10.1039/D4LC00081A This is the original data used to create Figures 2 and 4 in the above paper. We also include an example of original unprocessed video recording used to evaluate the fractionation of S. Aureus bacteria from 3 micron carboxylate particles, showing both populations flowing at the end of the devices in a 1.5 mS/m KCl electrolyte. Particles are subjected to an AC electric field of 100 kV/m amplitude and a frequency of 1.7 kHz
