Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "Investigating the role of developmental programmes in lung adenocarcinoma progression"
Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "Investigating the role of developmental programmes in lung adenocarcinoma progression". The dataset includes the WGCNA analysis output, detailing module eingengene values for each identified module as well as connectivity measures and Module Membership values of each gene per module. The data was generated by analysing 4 integrated scRNAseq datasets of NSCLC. The data is presented in excel files. This dataset contains: two excel files. The first one: "MEs, WGCNA, K Bienkowska.xlsx" contains Module Eigengene values of all identified modules across NSCLC samples. The second file: "WGCNA modules, gene lists, K Bienkowska.xlsx" contains information of all genes assigned to the modules, as well as the corresponding connectivity measures and Module Membership values for each gene. The data is presented in excel files and will be accessible after an embargo period of a year (10.6.25) due to publication pending.
