DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

The dataset contains quantitative measurements associated in the above study in MS. Excel and GraphPad Prism Files. Data was processed in GraphPad Prism for analysis and grapg generation. 
The data contains RT-qPCR data, biofilm/bacteria CFU data, ALI model system viability assay data, Nanodrop and OMV isolation data as well as epithelial cell culture images.

This work was undertaken using a BBSRC iCASE PhD

09/H0504/109, 14/WM/1226).
