Participants are employed as care workers in residential settings. Interviews were conducted via Microsoft Teams (audio/video software) or over the phone (audio only). Interviews were audio recorded using a Dictaphone and then transcribed verbaitm by the researcher or an outside transcription organisation. The dataset also contains a blank consent form that all participants signed along with a copy of the participant information sheet sent to participants. The transcripts and participant information sheet are in .doc format an can be read with any text software. The consent form is in PDF format and requires a PDF viewer to access. For the named participant transcripts, all names are pseudonyms that have been randomly generated. Care providers are identified by a number as some participants worked at the same setting or for the same company. The list below identifies what documents are involved and any additional information needed.
