DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
Following consent, participants were sent outcome measures via Qualtrics (at start and post intervention)
•	Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ)
•	Hypomania Interpretations Questionnaire (HIQ-10)
•	Patient Mania Questionnaire-9 (PMQ-9)
•	Brief Hypomanic Attitudes and Positive Predictions Inventory (HAPPI)
•	The Sense of Hyper-Positive Self Scale (SHPSS)
•	The Readiness Ruler
•	Our own Likert scales  as detailed in the document “Questionnaires”. 

Participant data was collected online on Qualtrics platform. Identifiable information (email addresses) were stored securely on Qualtrics. 
Data was anonymised and stored on university’s secure One Drive system. University built password protected laptopswere used. 
Outcome measure scores were entered into the SPSS file. SPSS was used to analyses data. 
This dataset contains: SPSS file of participants/ pre and post intervention outcome measures.
