I understand that my anonymity cannot be guaranteed in the focus group but that any information collected by the researchers will be kept confidential and participants will be asked to keep the discussions confidential.

I give permission for the corrected transcript, with identifying information removed, deposited to the University of Southampton data repository as described in the participant information sheet so it can be used for future research and learning.
