This dataset contains:

AlphaFold2 structures and CASTp data;
	Structures used in the paper which were generated using AlphaFold2 and further CASTp data which was used in the paper. These files are all structure files and the pocket data can be opened in the modelling program Chimera.

Enzyme assay data;
	Enzymatic assay data which was included in the paper, including standards. Generated by Dr Jack Craddock, using HPLC as described by the methods in the paper. All raw data which was used to generate the plots seen in the paper. This data can be opened in Excel or GraphPad Prism or alternative spreadsheet tool.
