DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
The data consists of two Excel files. The first file is the first paper data, which was harvested from Twitter platform for six insurance firms in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the second file is the data for the third study, which was collected using a questionnaire from Saudi/resident customers who had experienced purchasing motor insurance from Saudi insurers.

This dataset contains: Two Excel files for two studies from the doctoral thesis.




Date of data collection: The Paper 1 data was collected in 2021, while the Paper 3 data was collected in 2023.

Information about geographic location of data collection: The data was collected online.
