The data contains: - Whole-cell patch clamp data from cultured hippocampal neurons (2020-2022). The excel sheet 'DML_experiment_log_1' details experimental log for all whole-cell patch clamp experiments used throughout the project. - NanoBiT-Tau secretion and assay development. This zip file details all key experiments using the NanoBiT reporter system I developed in my PhD. - Tau-aggregation analysis - Biochemistry (eg., western blots, dot blots)
